Just what does it mean to have a company culture?
To me, our culture is the set of characteristics that uniquely defines Thermo Fisher Scientific. It means that anyone can travel to any of the hundreds of Thermo Fisher Scientific sites across the globe and recognize certain common traits among our employees.

Thermo Fisher Scientific was born out of the merger of two companies, each with a long tradition of innovation supporting scientific discovery, coupled with the cutting-edge research and development we engage in today.

Our culture begins with our four values that drive everything we do: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement.
